Today was a hard workout. I w/u half a mile then ran hard for 60 minutes. During the 60 minutes I ran 4 minutes at a 9:13 pace and then 4 minutes at 8:22. That was the goal anyway. Here were the results: Target 9:13 - 9:04, 9:06, 9:09, 9:21, 9:27, 9:40,
