This morning my legs are still feeling a bit tree trunkish. I guess I really put all out on those hills! It felt good at the time but my recovery time has been slow. Maybe this afternoon my legs will feel better. This morning's splits: 11:59, 11:17, 11:27, 11:09, 12:00

One of those days. Intended to do 6 to 8 miles but took a pretty good spill at about half a mile into the run. Skinned my thighs, knees, and hands pretty good. Still kept on running for about another 3 miles, but my knees really started bothering me, so, I decided to stop and give my knees a break. Listen to your party Barb.

| Had a good workout today. Legs/calves were still a bit tight from Saturday's long run, but after warming up things loosened up.
