| First run back in Guinea! Ran 4 miles...quite slow as I'm recovering from being on the verge of sick with an upper respiratory infection. After the run of 4 I walked for almost 2 miles. It was nice to be back 'home'. Rain, rain and more rain! On the sort of cool side, though massively humid. You sweat and sweat and then sweat some more! |
