It was a nice run this morning, though very, very warm and humid.  I will rest on Saturday then will be going 26 miles on Sunday.  Forecast says it may rain on Sunday.  I sure hope so!  If not it will be a very hot and humid run.

You can have some of my rain. We've gone over the limits of decency this week, even for the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy the long run! (I always do.)

I would LOVE to have some of you rain and cooler temps. Forecast says it will be 77 out with a wind 7mph SSW with 99% humidity! Taking a route that we've never taken before to try to mentally help us out on this long one. Thanks for the encouragement...hoping this long one goes better than the last one. Is the Newport marathon a good marathon for getting a PR? Qualifying for Boston? Bonne chance!
