Nice and easy medium long run today.  Started out at 7am and it was 78 degrees with 88% humidity.  Finished about 2 1/2 hours later and the temperature was 82 degrees with 88% humidity.  I drank about 2 liters of liquid during the run and I still lost 3.6 pounds.  Needless to say I could wring out my socks after wards.

You have my complete admiration for running in those conditions. I know you get acclimated a bit after a while, but still... Awesome job!

Thanks for your encouragement Sno. Today is Sunday and I'm still tired. I had 2 hard workouts this past week so I guess it just played a toll on this old body. BUT, I'm thankful I can run and at least dream of all the blog runners enjoying cool temperatures :-)
